Cooking with love dishes derived from the culinary traditions of my various origins, scattered throughout Italy but also Middle Eastern dishes and flavors from the region that hosts me, Piedmont. All strictly vegetarian, using as much as possible products of my own production such as fruits, vegetables, honey, and eggs.
