We live just a few minutes from the city of Asti, right near the beautiful Monferrato hills—a perfect area for those who love greenery, peace, and the tranquility of the countryside, where the woods are all around us.Our passion for cooking has always been with us and comes alive every day in our beautiful modern kitchen. We love organizing lunches and dinners, taking care of the vegetable garden and orchard near our home, always paying close attention to the quality of the ingredients we use.
My specialities
- Tasting of: local vegetable flan with 'bagna cauda', cooked salami with chickpea cream, corn polenta with cugnà (local mustard) and toma (Piedmontese cheese)

- We where positively surprised by the cooking workshop of Fabiana and Andrea! A heartwarming welcome, a great cooking experience like feeling at home with friends. They took all the time in the world to guide us through the cooking class. Even my husband who entered the class to please me was highly enthusiastic about this event! Thank you Andrea and Fabiana to share your pleasure of cooking with us and for being such a nice hosts! Cesarine seems very recommendable, we will do this again when time comes 👍

Afterwards, I met Andrea, who participated in the final stages, and their daughter Agnese. Then we had lunch together in a truly friendly and family-like atmosphere.
