We live just a few minutes from the city of Asti, right near the beautiful Monferrato hills—a perfect area for those who love greenery, peace, and the tranquility of the countryside, where the woods are all around us.Our passion for cooking has always been with us and comes alive every day in our beautiful modern kitchen. We love organizing lunches and dinners, taking care of the vegetable garden and orchard near our home, always paying close attention to the quality of the ingredients we use.

Tasting of: local vegetable flan with 'bagna cauda', cooked salami with chickpea cream, corn polenta with cugnà (local mustard) and toma (Piedmontese cheese)

Fabiana and Andrea not only guided us through our first culinary experience, telling us about the 0-kilometer products we used in the preparation, but they were also incredibly welcoming, making us feel at home and understanding of each participant's abilities. : Excellent cooking class with Fabiana, she made us feel at home! She gave us the opportunity to choose the dishes we would prepare in advance, then we cooked them together, with explanations and interesting facts. In the end, we ate the dishes we cooked together, accompanied by excellent local wine. Fabiana then provided us with all the recipes! Highly recommended!
