Hi from Fabiana e Andrea!
Our beautiful Cesarini couple Andrea and Fabiana live a few minutes from the city of Asti and a stone's throw from the Monferrato hills. A perfect area for those who love greenery, the peace and tranquility of the countryside, where the woods dominate. Their passion for cooking has always accompanied them and relives every day in their beautiful modern style kitchen. They love to organize lunches and dinners, take care of the vegetable garden and the orchard near home, always attentive to the quality of the raw materials.
My specialities
- Tasting of: local vegetable flan with 'bagna cauda', cooked salami with chickpea cream, corn polenta with cugnà (local mustard) and toma (Piedmontese cheese)

- We had an absolutely wonderful time with Andrea and Fabiana. Both were such gracious and kind hosts who answered all our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Both my wife and I are Chef’s in Canada and we learned so many interesting things about Langhe food culture, style and traditions. Overall it was one of the best experiences on our trip! We would highly recommend Fabiana and Andrea’s kitchen to anyone we know and hope they are able to continue spreading their knowledge with other guests!

- Fabiana and Andrea are delightful hosts and wonderful cooks. They explained every dish and had us split up to make each of the courses. All of us got to make the delicious ravioli—from a recipe from the family. Everything was so good and we had a wonderful time cooking and dining with them in their lovely home.
