Enveloped in the beauty of the Monferrato hills, we invite you to participate in our cooking class, which includes the preparation of a first course and an appetizer. During the experience, you will learn how to make delicious ravioli col plin, typical of our region, and an appetizer selected from the rich culinary tradition of Piedmont, chosen according to the freshness of seasonal products.
To accompany your creations, there will be no shortage of bread and breadsticks made at home with our sourdough starter, and you can enjoy an excellent glass of local wine. It will be a unique opportunity to experience moments of cooking and conviviality in an authentic and evocative setting of our hills.

- Truly a wonderful experience. Fabiana and Andrea not only guided us through our first culinary experience, telling us about the 0-kilometer products we used in the preparation, but they were also incredibly welcoming, making us feel at home and understanding of each participant's abilities. I can only be satisfied with this experience and the excellent food that was prepared for us and with us. I am very grateful to have met them ☺️.

She gave us the opportunity to choose the dishes we would prepare in advance, then we cooked them together, with explanations and interesting facts.
