Enveloped in the beauty of the Monferrato hills, we invite you to participate in our cooking class, which includes the preparation of a first course and an appetizer. During the experience, you will learn how to make delicious ravioli col plin, typical of our region, and an appetizer selected from the rich culinary tradition of Piedmont, chosen according to the freshness of seasonal products.
To accompany your creations, there will be no shortage of bread and breadsticks made at home with our sourdough starter, and you can enjoy an excellent glass of local wine. It will be a unique opportunity to experience moments of cooking and conviviality in an authentic and evocative setting of our hills.

- La casa di Fabiana e Andrea non è lontana dalla città, ma si trova nel pieno delle campagne astigiane. Sono stata accolta con un’ospitalità familiare nella loro grande cucina e ho apprezzato la loro attenzione nel cercare ricette tradizionali, anche con origini antiche, con ingredienti del posto. La piccola Agnese ha fatto gli onori di casa come si addice a un’ottima Cesarina junior. Esperienza decisamente piacevole!
- Tutto molto carino e curato, i ragazzi sono simpatici e ci hanno raccontato tante cose sugli ingredienti e le tradizioni locali mentre cucinavamo. - Fabiana, Andrea and Agnese received us in their home and gave our whole family a hands-on cooking experience, including our young son. We picked up new recipes, and realized how much we've been overcomplicating, with their practical guidance. The food was amazing and they made us feel like family. Their passion for cooking has always accompanied them and relives every day in their beautiful modern style kitchen. They love to organize lunches and dinners, take care of the vegetable garden and the orchard near home, always attentive to the quality of the raw materials.
