Enveloped in the beauty of the Monferrato hills, we invite you to participate in our cooking class, which includes the preparation of a first course and an appetizer. During the experience, you will learn how to make delicious ravioli col plin, typical of our region, and an appetizer selected from the rich culinary tradition of Piedmont, chosen according to the freshness of seasonal products.
To accompany your creations, there will be no shortage of bread and breadsticks made at home with our sourdough starter, and you can enjoy an excellent glass of local wine. It will be a unique opportunity to experience moments of cooking and conviviality in an authentic and evocative setting of our hills.

L'esperienza del cucinare insieme piatti tipici della cucina piemontese e il gustarli attorno al calore della tavola dei nostri ospiti sono stati davvero unici e indimenticabili.
