This menu is characterized by its simplicity: a few dishes, but of high quality, expertly paired. The Parmigiana is an elegant simplicity, an almost unique dish. The tagliatelle paglia e fieno will be handcrafted, as will the cookies perfect to accompany the zabaglione. Learning these three recipes, seemingly simple but with extraordinary effect, will be a unique and enjoyable culinary experience, providing great satisfaction.

- We have had a wonderful time with Monica teaching us how to make local traditional italian recipes. Her hospitality was wonderful and warm and friendly. We would definitely recommend this authentic italian Experience in a local italian home.
