Here you will learn to respect tradition, while also playing with it, creating personal versions that are easy to reproduce and, above all, delicious. We will start from the basics: handmade fresh pasta. I will show you how to prepare two different doughs, explaining each step clearly so that you can easily recreate them at home. A great lasagna is born from the balance of its layers, so together we will also prepare two perfect sauce variations. We will conclude the course with a dessert from the Piedmontese tradition: a flourless hazelnut cake.
