In this course I will guide you step by step through the preparation of lasagna, one of the most iconic dishes of Italian tradition. Lasagna is memory, family, Sunday lunches… but it is also freedom, creativity, and a desire to experiment.
Here you will learn to respect tradition, while also playing with it, creating personal versions that are easy to reproduce and, above all, delicious. We will start from the basics: handmade fresh pasta. I will show you how to prepare two different doughs, explaining each step clearly so that you can easily recreate them at home. A great lasagna is born from the balance of its layers, so together we will also prepare two perfect sauce variations. We will conclude the course with a dessert from the Piedmontese tradition: a flourless hazelnut cake.
