Traditional cooking course in Asti

Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

We are located in the countryside, not far from the city of Asti, surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of the woods. We will cook a traditional menu together in a welcoming and stimulating environment where everyone can test their culinary skills.

We will prepare a flan with seasonal vegetables, the famous agnolotti, and the ancient mun, a dessert made with butter cream. At the end of the course, we will taste the dishes and share our impressions. Cooking together stimulates teamwork skills, is fun, and allows you to rediscover the pleasure of being in company... we look forward to seeing you!
