Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina
- agnolotti al plin (a fresh pasta dish)
- sweet agnolotti al plin (served as a dessert)
A cookery class to learn how to make agnolotti in two versions: savoury and sweet.
Discover one of the stars of Piedmont’s culinary tradition: agnolotti, a fresh egg pasta that is a symbol of the region’s cuisine. We’ll learn to make agnolotti by hand, from rolling out the dough to preparing the filling, exploring two different interpretations. The first is the savoury version, featuring traditional and local ingredients such as cheese, sausage and seasonal vegetables. The second, more original and unexpected, is the sweet version: a delicate egg pasta enriched with chestnut flour, a filling of pumpkin and amaretti biscuits, all accompanied by a pomegranate sauce. And of course, a good glass of wine will be on offer!

- We had a cooking class today in making traditional piemonte agnolotti with lovely filling. It was a great experience for both me and my wife as well as our two children on 19 and 20. Very friendly and a lot of talk about local specialities etc. Now we are ready to make agnolotti when we are back in Denmark. Highly recommendable.
- Beautiful experience! In addition to the fun of cooking and the deliciousness of the food (we took the agnolotti course), Fabiana and Andrea made us feel welcome as if we were at home. We highly recommend their cooking class!
- We had a wonderful time with Fabiana and Andrea, who welcomed us into their home for this cooking class. They are very welcoming hosts and we shared a very convivial moment where they taught us how to make agnolotti as well as other Italian specialties, which we enjoyed with a good bottle of wine. Beyond the cooking, where we learned a lot, we particularly appreciated this time of sharing with them, which made the experience unique. Thank you again for your hospitality, we will gladly return! 😊
