Traditional menu, a recipe with an extraordinary history. Fritto Misto Piemontese traces its origins to the days when butchering took place directly at home. The scraps and less valuable parts were used to prepare this dish, which today is presented as a rich and complete delicacy, perfect to be enjoyed in combination with an excellent wine and a light first course, such as agnolotti in meat broth. To end on a sweet note, a hazelnut cake completes the meal in a delicious way.

- Monica was amazing from start to finish. The setting in her back yard was like out of a postcard, her hospitality was so very perfect and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Italy

- Had a great experience. Monica has a lot of good energy which made the cooking class lots of fun. The location is beautiful, the kitchen was nice and large.
