Traditional menu, a recipe with an extraordinary history. Fritto Misto Piemontese traces its origins to the days when butchering took place directly at home. The scraps and less valuable parts were used to prepare this dish, which today is presented as a rich and complete delicacy, perfect to be enjoyed in combination with an excellent wine and a light first course, such as agnolotti in meat broth. To end on a sweet note, a hazelnut cake completes the meal in a delicious way.
