Millions of years ago, the Po Valley did not exist and the Adriatic Sea stretched all the way to Piedmont. Therefore, I present a seafood menu suitable for winter evenings by the fireplace and beautiful sunny days in the garden. As an appetizer, I propose anchovies with green bagnetto, marinated anchovies, seared octopus with potatoes, and warm cannellini beans, combining sea and land ingredients. Fish patties drowned in the sauce add a delicious touch. For the first course, an ever-present spaghetti with a seafood mixture. For the main course, I suggest salmon cooked on a salt plate with vegetables. To end on a sweet note, a fresh fruit Cheesecake and limoncello made strictly by me. This is my seafood menu, a tribute to a very distant past.

- Bella tenuta, meravigliosa padrona Monica. Abbiamo cucinato insieme pasta fresca e il tiramisù è risultato eccellente e divertente. Interessanti lunghe conversazioni si sono concluse intorno alle 22: 00, non potevano fermarsi in alcun modo. Grazie mille per la cena perfetta.
