We will start with mushrooms stuffed with quinoa and tasty vegetables as an appetizer, followed by risotto or tagliatelle paglia e fieno with a tasty mushroom sauce. As a main course, a typical dish of the Piedmontese tradition: fried mushrooms accompanied by baked vegetables. To finish on a sweet note, apple pie with zabaglione.
