In this experience, I will let you taste three typical appetisers from our tradition: Russian salad with homemade mayonnaise, anchovies dipped in "bagnett" green sauce made with parsley harvested from my garden and, finally, a platter of salami served with fried bread. This will be followed by fresh tagliatelle and, to finish, chocolate salami with hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts that will delight your palate (for those who are allergic to nuts, the chocolate salami can be replaced with a soft-centred chocolate cake).
