Tasting of traditional dishes

Vacuum-cooked veal with tuna sauce, a very tasty typical starter. I then offer a typical Piedmontese dish, classic meat agnolotti wrapped in thin egg pasta, sautéed with butter and sage from my garden, and finally a delicate zabaglione cream accompanied by small pastries and biscuits suitable for the king of liqueur creams.

My cuisine is very simple; I like to create, and the presentation of the dish is one of the things I am most passionate about. Our house is an old farmhouse that has been renovated over the years, and the name given to it by my parents, 'Cascina Casa Mia', reflects its warm welcome.
