Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

This course focuses on fresh egg pasta and more: we will use different types of flour to make tagliatelle and tagliolini. The dough will be prepared strictly by hand. We will also make potato gnocchi, having fun playing with colors: we will make them with spinach, pumpkin, or tomato.

During the course, we will also dedicate a lesson to the presentation of the dish: how to arrange it harmoniously on the plate and on the table. For dessert, we will prepare chocolate Bonet, a typical Piedmontese dessert.
