I’m Antonella, and I open the doors of my kitchen to welcome those who wish to experience authentic and genuine moments. My passion is sharing flavors, traditional gestures, and recipes from the Piedmontese tradition, all prepared with zero-kilometer ingredients and lots of love. My home is Villa Monteriolo, a late 19th-century residence nestled in the hills of the Asti Langa, surrounded by ancient pine trees, the scents of wild herbs, and silent sunsets. The villa embodies elegance, authenticity, and warm hospitality, creating the perfect atmosphere to learn, savor, and experience Piedmontese tradition. Through my cooking classes, each dish becomes an opportunity to tell a story of culture, history, and careful attention to detail. Villa Monteriolo is also ideal for private events, tailored with discretion and style. For me, welcoming guests is an art: every experience, from the classes to the dishes served, reflects my vision of simple, thoughtful, and authentic hospitality. Visiting my kitchen is not just about learning to cook—it’s a journey through flavors, stories, and the passion I put into every gesture, an experience to live, remember, and often want to relive.
