As we peruse the stalls bursting with local produce, I share with you my tips for selecting the freshest ingredients. The colors, smells, and energy of the market are the perfect introduction to our culinary adventure. After our market tour, we head back to my cozy home nestled in the hills of Piedmont. Here, you'll join me in my kitchen for a cooking class. We roll up our sleeves and delve into the preparation of authentic Piedmontese dishes. Throughout our session, I guide you step by step, ensuring you grasp every technique necessary to recreate these specialities back in your own kitchen. I look forward to welcoming you to Merana and sharing with you the culinary traditions!

A love for authentic cuisine, fruit and vegetables from the garden, wine from local producers, and honey from my hard-working bees are the basis of my menus. A culinary experience at my house will give you a taste of the simple and genuine flavors of Piedmontese cuisine.
