Autumn colors the woods around our farmhouse, while the vineyard glows with its leaves on the gray gullies. Our table enhances the scents and flavors of the season with typical dishes from the Piedmontese autumn menu enriched with an innovative touch. We invite you to rediscover ancient flavors, cuddled by the warmth of the wood stove in a cozy and familiar atmosphere.
The menu features pumpkin velouté with crispy guanciale and bread crumble, porcini risotto, pork tenderloin in Barbera wine with porcini and potato millefeuille, chestnut mousse with Chantilly cream and honey from our bees, and homemade bread and focaccia.

A love for authentic cuisine, fruit and vegetables from the garden, wine from local producers, and honey from my hard-working bees are the basis of my menus. A culinary experience at my house will give you a taste of the simple and genuine flavors of Piedmontese cuisine.
