In the heart of Monferrato, Cascina Roccabianca is an organic, multifunctional farm where nature, tradition and passion come together every day. Here we produce high-quality artisan wines, such as Barbera del Monferrato DOC and Monferrato DOC organic vegan, grown and tended by hand in the vineyards surrounding the farm.
Our food and wine experience features a tasting of two glasses of Monferrato red wine, designed to showcase the authentic flavours of the region and the work of our land. The food pairing is a tribute to tradition and conviviality: fresh tagliolini with meat ragù, prepared according to a local recipe, and a vegetarian version with vegetable ragù for those following a vegan diet or preferring a plant-based alternative.
