Cinzia and her mother in law were fantastic hosts. I had made pasta before but learned so much from them. The dinner was fantastic they went above and beyond we had multiple courses two different kinds of pasta and a fabulous dessert. It was very generous of them to invite me into their home. A love for authentic cuisine, fruit and vegetables from the garden, wine from local producers and honey from her hard-working bees are the basis of her menus.
