Come and enjoy an authentic cooking class in the Langhe, in a countryside home surrounded by greenery in Borgomale. I’ll welcome you with an aperitif before we get cooking together. We’ll prepare traditional Piedmontese dishes inspired by the seasons and my farming roots. You’ll learn how to roast peppers the old-fashioned way, make fresh gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, and finish with a homemade hazelnut cake served with zabaione. During the class, I’ll share family stories, local ingredients, and cooking secrets passed down from my grandparents. We'll toast with a typical Langhe wine at the table. Please let me know about any allergies or special requests when booking.
Magnificent!! We had a wonderful and delicious evening at Valeria and her husband’s place. after a welcome aperitif, we prepared the gnocchi in the Piedmontese style, then enjoy a typical meal of the region, all accompanied by excellent wines. Many thanks ! We will come back 👌

We visited Valeria and her husband in Borgomale.
It was their first time and also ours.
We had an amazing night. Aperitif in the lovely garden. Conversation about food and football.
Then we made gnocchi together and had an amazing four course meal.
We felt very very welcome.

Mine is the authentic cuisine of the Langhe region, rich in genuine flavors and traditions passed down through generations. I love preparing the typical dishes of our land: hand-rolled tajarin, thin and golden just as tradition demands, soft and comforting gnocchi, and brasato slowly cooked in red wine, just like it used to be. Every recipe tells a story—my story.
