Mine is the authentic cuisine of the Langhe region, rich in genuine flavors and traditions passed down through generations. I love preparing the typical dishes of our land: hand-rolled tajarin, thin and golden just as tradition demands, soft and comforting gnocchi, and brasato slowly cooked in red wine, just like it used to be.
