It was my mother and grandmothers who passed on to me the love for cooking. Over the years I have attended several courses, both in Italy and abroad: in fact, I lived for some time in London, where I dealt with the wine sector, other my great passion, and then I moved to New Zealand, without ever forgetting the flavors and traditions of my land.

We absolutely enjoyed the pasta course! It was a wonderful experience – we learned a great deal about the art of pasta making and were able to engage in particularly deep exchanges. Davide is a fantastic instructor: friendly, warm, and with a genuine passion for sharing his knowledge. You notice immediately that he is not only an expert, but also truly enjoys inspiring others. Highly recommended!
