My cuisine is rooted in the tradition of Piedmont. As a child, I spent entire days watching my grandmother cook for the family. Growing up, after completing my degree in International Relations, I reconnected with the world of gastronomy and enrolled in a cooking course in Milan. Upon finishing the course, I began working as a cook in an Italian-Korean restaurant. This summer, I worked in my first Michelin-starred restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark.While my culinary foundation is firmly grounded in Piedmontese tradition, my numerous experiences abroad have enriched my cooking style with new techniques and ingredients, which I often like to incorporate.
