Cooking lesson: learn how to cook Italian recipes with a local Cesarina
Experience something unique and become a beekeeper for a day!
This is a unique way to understand the beauty and importance of bees, especially for the younger generations. You'll learn about the queen bee and the worker bees, then we'll move on to the honey extraction phase, and finally, we'll use the honey to create traditional Piedmontese recipes. We'll start with an appetizer of fresh goat's cheese, made less than a kilometer from us, drizzled with honey and edible flowers. For the first course, we'll prepare tagliatelle pasta with walnut sauce and robiola cheese, garnished with Acacia honey. Next, we'll serve honey-marinated pork fillet with seasonal vegetables. To end on a sweet note, we'll have “black and white” dessert with walnuts and honey.

Che stra-stupenda giornata abbiamo passato 😍 Tempo perfetto, accolti in questa cascina da Cinzia con caffè e biscotti, poi a conoscere le api, entrare nel loro mondo in punta di piedi.... poi da qualche melario ricavato un piccolo vasetto di 🍯 che buonooo😋 Pranzo meraviglioso all'aperto, cibo ottimo tutto a base (ovviamente) di miele. Vieni accolta in modo meraviglioso e ti sembra di essere in famiglia, tanto che quando è stata l'ora dei saluti un pò di tristezza è stata d'obbligo. Esperienza stra consigliata
