I’m Cinzia, your Cesarina, and I welcome you in a characteristic stone farmhouse — in the village of Merana, between the Langa Astigiana and Monferrato — in a valley surrounded by hills and gullies with a lunar aspect.A love for authentic cuisine, fruit and vegetables from the garden, wine from local producers, and honey from my hard-working bees are the basis of my menus.A culinary experience at my house will give you a taste of the simple and genuine flavors of Piedmontese cuisine.

Cinzia and her mother in law were fantastic hosts. I had made pasta before but learned so much from them. The dinner was fantastic they went above and beyond we had multiple courses two different kinds of pasta and a fabulous dessert. It was very generous of them to invite me into their home.
