Our winter menu features tajarin with mushroom ragù, oven-baked peppers with bagnet vert, and traditional Piedmontese bonet. My home is a beautiful stone farmhouse typical of this area, and I enjoy cooking simple dishes that are rich in the authentic flavours and tastes of Piedmont. Almost all the products come from our land. The vegetable garden provides us with delicious vegetables and aromatic herbs, and our controlled chicken coop provides us with fresh eggs every day, which I use to make my favourite dishes.
