Piemontemare: a unique gastronomic experience

Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

I decided to call this experience "Piemontemare" because I was born in Genoa, where the power of the sea and the scent of basil can be breathed in every corner, and I later moved to Piedmont, right on the border, where I can still feel the saltiness that uniquely influences the local wines.

The dishes I propose are part of my culinary roots. We will prepare and share them together, in all simplicity, accompanied by a delicious fresh wine produced here itself, while admiring the vineyard that surrounds my home. It will be a very special experience.
