Tiziana awaits you in the grounds of Villa Serra di Comago, an English-style jewel with centuries-old trees, 250 species of hydrangeas and a romantic pond populated by black and white swans and oriental ducks. In spring and summer, the cooking class of Genoese pesto al mortaio with D.O.P. basil takes place in the garden; in fall and winter in the villa's large, carefully restored kitchen. After a tour of the historic 1763 halls, renovated in 2004, a tasting of the pesto prepared together with Tiziana will follow, accompanied by Genoese focaccia and prosecco. We will put our hands to pasta to make gnocchi or trofie, to be tasted with our fresh pesto.

Tiziana was a great host. She explained everything in great detail and the food we cooked together was very delicious. She really welcomed us in her home and told many stories about cooking and the city of Genova. We had a wonderful time at this class.

"The delights of Tiziana are a mix of traditional Ligurian cuisine, with Venetian and Calabrian influences . My family has origins linked to these three regions and my passion for cooking and hospitality began when I was a child. eight years I organized parties at my house and I chose the menu with my mother Maria, a Venetian who grew up in Genoa, who helped me and in the meantime I was learning. In my home, which is located in the heart of Genoa, located in a "creuza de but "one step away from the historic center of Genoa, I propose a very eclectic cuisine: from the lean cappon of the Ligurian tradition in its most sumptuous dimension, to the top treated like a divinity that is realized after long passages, to finish with pesto, prepared with the basil picked on the right day just sprouted. A cuisine that transmits love as well as taste and good humor for days and days ".
