    The crispy farinata made from chickpea flour is an ancient dish of the Genoese tradition: it can be found in historic shops and fry shops in old Genoa. Learning how to make it at home and serve it to your guests means mastering the art of using simple but quality ingredients to create a unique dish that combines goodness and simplicity.

    Lasagne alla Portofino is made with fresh pasta, smothered in Genoese DOP pesto and baked in the oven: it is one of those traditional dishes that is every bit as good as haute cuisine. Finally, the Torta delle Rose, with which I won first prize in a competition for the best cakes: sharing this dessert with you means leaving you a part of myself and my personal experience as a traditional cook.

    This was a great experience! Tiziana is so warm and kind - plus she's a great teacher. Roberto is a gracious host and was so kind to us. Plus the food was fabulous!! Highly recommended

    Tiziana è una bravissima cuoca, chef e Cesarina. Ci ha insegnato a fare un tiramisù spaziale, , poi i pansotti al sugo di noci, buonissimi,,e abbiamo imparato a fare la pasta fresca. La focaccia è veramente buonissima. Grazie veramente: esperienza bellissima.

My family has origins linked to these three regions and my passion for cooking and hospitality began when I was a child. eight years I organized parties at my house and I chose the menu with my mother Maria, a Venetian who grew up in Genoa, who helped me and in the meantime I was learning. In my home, which is located in the heart of Genoa, located in a "creuza de but "one step away from the historic center of Genoa, I propose a very eclectic cuisine: from the lean cappon of the Ligurian tradition in its most sumptuous dimension, to the top treated like a divinity that is realized after long passages, to finish with pesto, prepared with the basil picked on the right day just sprouted.
