From trenette pasta with Genovese pesto to Ligurian-style rabbit, fresh tomato bruschetta from the garden to spaghetti with clams. Among other dishes, I offer savory pies, vegetable frittatas from the garden, and ratatouille. All are accompanied by excellent local wines, which I enjoy discussing and sharing their stories, as I am also a sommelier.
