    I will take you on a sensory experience into the past, immersing you in the magic and excitement of kneading fresh pasta, which we will transform into pansotti, the typical ravioli di magro of the Genoese tradition.

    In the filling, you will find the wild herbs of the Genoese valleys, along with the softness of ricotta and the richness of Parmesan, accompanied with the traditional walnut sauce, prepared according to the ancient recipe. We continue with Corzetti, a typical fresh pasta from the Genoese Valpolcevera, which you will taste with the legendary Pesto, made according to the PDO recipe. To conclude this culinary experience, Tiramisu, an always welcome dessert, also offered in variations with fresh fruit. I look forward to seeing you at my home in the heart of old Genoa.

    This was the highlight of our trip so far. Tiziana and Roberto were amazing hosts! Her pesto is absolutely delicious. All the food she taught us to make - pasta and tiramisu was wonderful. My family has origins linked to these three regions and my passion for cooking and hospitality began when I was a child. eight years I organized parties at my house and I chose the menu with my mother Maria, a Venetian who grew up in Genoa, who helped me and in the meantime I was learning. In my home, which is located in the heart of Genoa, located in a "creuza de but "one step away from the historic center of Genoa, I propose a very eclectic cuisine: from the lean cappon of the Ligurian tradition in its most sumptuous dimension, to the top treated like a divinity that is realized after long passages, to finish with pesto, prepared with the basil picked on the right day just sprouted.
