I invite you to experience a culinary adventure set amidst the beauty of the hills overlooking Portofino. Join me for a cooking class where we will prepare three delicious dishes that capture the essence of our local tradition and freshness. We’ll start with homemade tagliatelle, enveloped in a seasonal sauce that enhances the fresh, authentic flavors of local ingredients. Next, we'll make ravioli stuffed with garden herbs and ricotta, seasoned with butter and sage. To finish on a sweet note, we’ll create a classic tiramisù, enriched with a special touch that makes this dessert even more irresistible. I’ll welcome you to a stunning hillside location, where the view of Portofino will be our backdrop as we cook and have fun together!

- Prima di qualche settimana fa non conoscevo le Cesarine e ho scoperto questa rete grazie ad uno Smartbox. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da Elisa e Marcello nella loro splendida casa, con vista mare sul Golfo di Portofino. Sono stati veramente ospitali e ci hanno da subito fatto sentire a nostro agio. Abbiamo iniziato con un abbondante aperitivo a base di spritz, focaccia genovese, focaccia barese, salumi e formaggi. Come primo piatto abbiamo mangiato ravioli grandi di barbabietola, ripieni di boraggini e ricotta, e conditi con burro, salvia e parmigiano: squisiti! Di secondo filetto con patatine al forno: buonissimo! Il tutto accompagnato da ottimo vino Dolcetto. Come dolce, invece, ci hanno assemblato sul momento un ottimo tiramisù. Infine caffè e ammazza caffè. È stata veramente una meravigliosa esperienza e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

- Elisa and her husband Marcello were both so kind and welcoming. They went the extra mile and gave us a ride to and from the train station. The food was so delicious and the views and company were even better. Such an enjoyable experience!
- Elisa and her husband welcomed us into their homes with the type of hospitality only reserved for family members. The ingredients couldn’t have been fresher, with many items coming from her garden, including the eggs we used to make several different pastas. She was particularly patient and doted upon our seven year old daughter, spending over four hours teaching her to make pasta and tiramisu and then eating together. The setting is beautiful - a quaint home overlooking Positano. Highly recommended for a special night out.
