    A cooking class to learn the preparation of two delicious and very popular dishes: ravioli and tiramisu. You will start by preparing the filling for the ravioli and the puff pastry. Next we will move on to the making of tiramisu. You will make the ladyfingers with your own hands, prepare the egg and mascarpone cream and go on to compose your tiramisu and then enjoy it at the end of the meal. At the end of the cooking class we will set the table, a mise en place with delicate tones and decorated with seasonal flowers to make everything prettier. I will be happy to welcome you to my home and work alongside you. When you arrive you will find all the materials and ingredients you need to make the dishes.

    A very good experience. Andrea and Barbara were excellent hosts. We truly enjoyed making and eating tarimisu and ravioli. Our lunch included additional food prepared by Andrea. From here I decided to deepen this passion by obtaining the Hotel School and subsequently attending various private courses. I follow recipes handed down by my grandmothers, all strictly Genoese and/ or Ligurian. I live in Sestri Ponente, in the province of Genoa, where I can quickly reach the sea, but also the mountains. I welcome my guests in the room of my home and I like to customize and decorate the table according to the event."
