    Learn how to make our typical cakes used for any occasion! (Birthdays, anniversaries, weddings etc.)

    In this course you will be able to learn my recipe for Sponge Cake with attached Diplomatic Cream (Custard Cream + Whipped Cream), Shortcrust Pastry with the various preparations (including fruit tart), and finally Cream Tart, a particular cake filled with mascarpone cream (But not the one from Tiramisu) I will also give you many tips on the different combinations available for the preparation of these desserts, in short, a culinary experience all on the edge of sweetness! At the end of the course you can have a tasting of your preparations while also consulting us on which one is your favorite.

    Andrea and his mother were very pleasant to meet at the central Genova Market. Andrea's English was terrific in his delivery of the cooking process and was agreeable to change the proposed menu to a more complex and interesting foods to challenge my cooking experience. The Squid cleaned (UH) was new for me, cooked with some olive oil and olives delivered on fresh pasta we made, mushrooms deliciously fried added to more pasta, delicious cookies with powdered sugar on top! Along with a bottle of white wine to have every Italian meal complete. !

    "It all started at the age of 12 with my first dish: the pennette with cream and asparagus. From here I decided to deepen this passion by obtaining the Hotel School and subsequently attending various private courses. I follow recipes handed down by my grandmothers, all strictly Genoese and/ or Ligurian. I live in Sestri Ponente, in the province of Genoa, where I can quickly reach the sea, but also the mountains. I welcome my guests in the room of my home and I like to customize and decorate the table according to the event."
