Private experiences are reserved for you and any guests you have booked for: no other people will be added so that you can enjoy maximum privacy.
Your experience
- Focaccia (homemade bread) di Recco (cheese focaccia)
- Mandilli ( traditional Lasagna from Liguria) with pesto
- Tiramisù with coffee and cocoa
Our cooking class takes place in our traditional, historic Genoese home. As you admire the port views from our windows, we'll take you on a journey through Ligurian taste and traditions.
We begin with cheese focaccia, an evolution of the timeless inland preparations. We then transition to "mandilli de saea" (silk handkerchiefs) with pesto, a true ode to Ligurian pasta craftsmanship. Our culinary voyage culminates with a classic tiramisu served in a glass, offering a sweet closure to your gastronomic adventure.

- Very fun! Wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
- Tomato and Agata really gave us a fabulous experience! The food was delicious. We were served fresh made focaccia when we arrived. We then made pasta and as it was “rising”, made tiramisu. Next we rolled the pasta into 2 types. One we added a filling to and the other was cooked and pesto was added. The dinner was delicious and served with wine. We really enjoyed learning from Tomaso and Agata.
- Tomaso and Agatha were incredibly hospitable and did an amazing job teaching us the art of Italian pasta making. We learned so much and had lots of laughs and fun while doing so. This was the highlight of our trip!
- Great experience, highly recommended
