With me, you will learn how to make pasta matta with oil, which we’ll use to create a delicious vegetable pie. We will use fresh, local, zero-kilometer ingredients, such as chard or artichokes from the gardens of local farmers. The vegetables, cooked and sautéed, are combined with ricotta and herbs, creating a filling that, once wrapped in the dough, is baked to release all its fragrance and unforgettable flavor!
