We will knead Genoese focaccia together, putting our hands in the dough and discovering all the secrets of its preparation. While we're waiting for the dough to rise, we'll get down to making real pesto alla genovese using a mortar. You will have the mortar, the original PDO basil from Genova Prà, and together with Tiziana, a certified master and participant in the Pesto World Championship, you will prepare your own delicious pesto. We will enjoy freshly baked focaccia with pesto, accompanied by a glass of chilled Prosecco. Great satisfaction and fun await you!

Tiziana is a very good cook, chef and Cesarina. She taught us how to make an amazing tiramisu, then pansotti with walnut sauce, very good, and we learned how to make fresh pasta. The focaccia is truly delicious. Thank you very much: a beautiful experience.
