    Welcomed into my apartment in the heart of old Genoa , I will teach you how to knead sea ravioli with Branzino fish that we will dress with a scampi sauce. I will take you to Camogli kneading the typical scones of San Rocco, filled with stracchino cheese and prosciutto and fried result, a delight that only those who know the traditions can pass on.

    This is a unique experience , hands in dough for fish ravioli and fried scones !

    This was the highlight of our trip so far. Tiziana and Roberto were amazing hosts! Her pesto is absolutely delicious. All the food she taught us to make - pasta and tiramisu was wonderful. We couldn’t believe we had made it. It was so much fun to see a private Genoa home built in the 1500s. Sign up for this; you won’t regret it. We loved everything about it.

In my home, which is located in the heart of Genoa, located in a "creuza de but "one step away from the historic center of Genoa, I propose a very eclectic cuisine: from the lean cappon of the Ligurian tradition in its most sumptuous dimension, to the top treated like a divinity that is realized after long passages, to finish with pesto, prepared with the basil picked on the right day just sprouted.
