A Cooking Class in the kitchen of my home in the heart of old Genoa.
There will be welcome with focaccia genovese and prosecco. Immediately afterwards we will start kneading, we will make pansotti, typical ravioli of the Genoese tradition to be dressed with walnut sauce made by me, lasagna or potato gnocchi to be dressed with PDO Genoese pesto made in the complete tradition of the original recipe. Finally we will make tiramisu, with coffee and bitter cocoa and ladyfingers. I am waiting for you in my ancient kitchen where time has stood still.

- Tiziana è una bravissima cuoca, chef e Cesarina. Ci ha insegnato a fare un tiramisù spaziale, , poi i pansotti al sugo di noci, buonissimi,,e abbiamo imparato a fare la pasta fresca. La focaccia è veramente buonissima. Grazie veramente: esperienza bellissima.

If you are looking for an experience that combines great food, culture and heart, this class is a must do in Italy. It was a bonus to have so many pictures and videos of our cooking!

My family has origins linked to these three regions and my passion for cooking and hospitality began when I was a child. eight years I organized parties at my house and I chose the menu with my mother Maria, a Venetian who grew up in Genoa, who helped me and in the meantime I was learning. In my home, which is located in the heart of Genoa, located in a "creuza de but "one step away from the historic center of Genoa, I propose a very eclectic cuisine: from the lean cappon of the Ligurian tradition in its most sumptuous dimension, to the top treated like a divinity that is realized after long passages, to finish with pesto, prepared with the basil picked on the right day just sprouted. A cuisine that transmits love as well as taste and good humor for days and days ".
