Join me in my home, between the sea and the garden for a special cooking class!

We will prepare the batter and fry the typical Genoese frisceu, special for the aperitif, then we will learn to prepare the "mandilli de sea", the delicate Ligurian lasagnette to be seasoned with pesto and we will learn the secrets of the famous tiramisu, in the classic coffee version or with the fruit that the season offers us, all contained in jars. Finally we will relax by drinking an aperitif with typical appetizers and then we will eat what we have prepared together. I will be happy to host you in the garden, in front of the sea, if the weather is good, otherwise in the dining room around the great-grandmother's large table.

Warm and exciting. It was a privilege to work alongside Vittoria in her home kitchen. Excellent English communication, and she made learning very easy. Overall- This was a wonderful experience. Vittoria was a welcoming, friendly soul and she was such a wealth of knowledge.
