  • Mandilli (small thin lasagna) with pesto
  • Genoese frisceu (small balls of fried dough)
  • Tiramisu in the glass: classic with coffee or seasonal fruit

Join me in my home, between the sea and the garden for a special cooking class!

We will prepare the batter and fry the typical Genoese frisceu, special for the aperitif, then we will learn to prepare the "mandilli de sea", the delicate Ligurian lasagnette to be seasoned with pesto and we will learn the secrets of the famous tiramisu, in the classic coffee version or with the fruit that the season offers us, all contained in jars. Finally we will relax by drinking an aperitif with typical appetizers and then we will eat what we have prepared together. I will be happy to host you in the garden, in front of the sea, if the weather is good, otherwise in the dining room around the great-grandmother's large table.

Vittoria was a patient and knowledgeable teacher. We worked through making focaccia, tiramisu, and pasta. We also had a delicious fried dough appetizer. We shared a the delicious items we prepared while enjoying the lovely view from her home. This was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.
