We will make together in my traditional Genoese kitchen the five proposed aperitifs, where anchovies swimming in the blue seas of the Gulf of Genoa turn out fanged and fried an exclusive treat, savor then with a drop of fresh pesto. The focaccia bruschetta with pesto and burrata and our sailor's sandwich with tuna, all tasted with a chilled prosecco. The atmosphere is that of my 1700s apartment just a step away from the tourist attractions of ancient and modern Genoa. I love aperitifs I'll be waiting for you!

We definitely recommend to anyone looking to have fun learning and to gain some awesome tips on exploring the city! So fun and delicious!
