I love preparing the traditional dishes of my wonderful region. From trenette pasta with Genovese pesto to Ligurian-style rabbit, fresh tomato bruschetta from the garden to spaghetti with clams. Among other dishes, I offer savory pies, vegetable frittatas from the garden, and ratatouille. All are accompanied by excellent local wines, which I enjoy discussing and sharing their stories, as I am also a sommelier.

- Claudia was amazing! The vineyard was beautiful, loved hearing the history of the region & the grapes. The wine was delicious & it was so nice to have Claudia guide me through tasting!
- Great way to spend time in Genoa. Claudia was very pleasant and possessed a lot of knowledge about the wines. We have tasted wines in almost every area we visit because we learn a lot about the area through its wine. The wine exceeded my expectations and was the best we had in Genoa or the Cinque Terre. I recommend the tour for anyone who wants to learn a bit about the wines of Liguria.
