Here, an eclectic and authentic cuisine comes to life, telling stories of regions, traditions, and heritage through every dish.From the elaborate cappon magro, the most lavish and visually striking expression of Ligurian tradition, to the cima, prepared with almost ritual care through a long and meticulous process passed down over time. The journey concludes with the unmistakable aroma of freshly made pesto, crafted according to tradition using basil picked at its perfect, most tender stage.A cuisine that goes beyond taste: an experience that conveys passion, authenticity, and conviviality, leaving guests with lasting memories well beyond the table.

Our favorite experience in Genoa! Tiziana was fantastic teacher and Robert was an expert photographer! They both were so much fun. We can’t wait to go home and try to recreate our recipes.

It was an amazing class - Tiziana and her partner, Roberto, made us feel like we were old friends in their beautiful home, and we had the most amazing meal. Tiziana has been recognized for her pesto in Genoa, so she is clearly very skilled, but she also made the process seem simple. We had a wonderful time!
