Your experience

    A seafood cooking experience with sea bass or sea bream ravioli, dressed with a sauce of shrimp, scampi or simple tomato and basil. We will also learn how to prepare corzetti, ancient Genoese pasta cut and stamped with a wooden seal, topped with the famous Genoese pesto. The tasting will be accompanied by a cool prosecco and homemade Genoese focaccia. We will end with a delicious tiramisu. I look forward to seeing you at my home in Genoa for authentic cuisine as welcoming as that of a real family.

    That was an absolutely amazing experience that we will never forget. My wife and I wanted to take a local cooking class while in Genoa and this was the best one to take. They were so kind and inviting for the whole experience. We learned so much about the local food and history along with how to make pasta and tiramisu. If you want a well structured class in a cold stainless steel kitchen then this is not for you. This is a beautiful family who will invite you into their own home and teach you to cook in their own kitchen and eat with them at their own dining table. I honestly recommend everyone to this amazing experience.

    My partner and I had an amazing time with Tiziana and Roberto! We were welcomed in their home so kindly and learned so much about traditional cooking. We learned to make pasta and tiramisu, and the instructions were easy to follow and the food was delicious. They sent us the photos they took, so we didn't have to worry about taking pictures and could immerse ourselves into the experience.
