Paola, Genoese by birth but Piedmontese by adoption, lives with her family in Monferrato, an area suitable for the cultivation of vines and the production of fine wines, surrounded by vineyards and from where you can admire the Castle of Casaleggio Boiro.Our Cesarina has the passion, but above all the pleasure of cooking, she loves conviviality, being at the table and sharing good food and good wine, which she produces together with her husband, here in Monferrato, a land of wines, culture and traditions. And in their cellar, in a suggestive environment, you can taste wines accompanied by typical products of the area.
