Your experience
Experience authentic pizza at Verdmont, a hillside home in Acqui Terme. Warm welcome and tour of the baking station. Learn how to operate the antique wood-fired oven, heating it with wood from the estate. Become proficient in using shovel and palette, turning pizzas and managing the heat. Roll out the dough, add your toppings and bake in the oven following the techniques learned. We will taste our pizzas and a good tiramisu accompanied by local wine and beer. A unique opportunity to share special moments and create memories in an authentic setting.
