Go back a couple of centuries and experience, in a unique atmosphere, a dinner or lunch at Villa Monteriolo in the Langa of Asti and Monferrato overlooking vineyards surrounded by pine trees and Lebanon cedars.
In the cold season we serve our proposals in the main living room of the house with a beautiful lit fireplace and a romantic atmosphere, while in the warmer season you can enjoy the park surrounding the house. All dishes are traditional Piedmontese and homemade, and the accompanying wines are selected from local producers. As an appetizer, Russian salad, peppers in bagna cauda, flan with raschera fondue, first course, the gnudi of ricotta and spinach butter and sage as a second course charcuterie and cheese board with cugnà and honey, sweet Bunet and coffee

We often engage in preparing dishes from other regions, such as Sicilian specialties learned from the wisdom of wonderful local housewives.
