Traditional menu both classic and vegetarian , typical of winter evenings to be enjoyed with friends or family in front of a nice lit fireplace.

We will enjoy mushrooms stuffed with quinoa and tasty vegetables as an appetizer and a risotto or tagliatelle paglia e fieno seasoned with a sauce always based on mushrooms , as a second course I thought of a traditional dish of our Piedmontese cuisine fried mushrooms and baked vegetables as a side dish . for dessert apple pie and zabaglione .
