Traditional menu both classic and vegetarian , typical of winter evenings to be enjoyed with friends or family in front of a nice lit fireplace.
We will enjoy mushrooms stuffed with quinoa and tasty vegetables as an appetizer and a risotto or tagliatelle paglia e fieno seasoned with a sauce always based on mushrooms , as a second course I thought of a traditional dish of our Piedmontese cuisine fried mushrooms and baked vegetables as a side dish . for dessert apple pie and zabaglione .

- Monica taught me and my 3 kids how to prepare 2 pasta dishes and tiramisu from scratch, with no stress. She also made accommodation as we arrived at her place late. Her charming house, along with her warmth and expertise made the whole experience so memorable. Thank you, Monica, for a true Piedmontese hospitality!
