Running the Pantry: now, as today's young people would say, it is almost an "ancient" art to organize the pantry. However, with my children, we have always done this every year. Based on the seasons, we store the things we love most, so we always know what we are eating. Although the cost of homemade products can be higher than at the supermarket, the experience of preparing them with our own hands and, most importantly, doing it together, is priceless.

- Monica warmly welcomed us into her home. The course gave us valuable insights into Italian cuisine. Together with Monica, we made delicious tagliatelle and ravioli as well as sweet chocolate cookies. Monica helped us with a lot of love and patience. Absolutely authentic and highly recommended!
