A cooking class not to be missed to learn in depth all the secrets of fresh pasta in our tradition. We will prepare together agnolotti, typical Piedmontese filled pasta, in the Asti version, tagliatelle and maltagliati. We will choose a seasonally appropriate sauce, ranging from local vegetables, typical cheeses and high quality meats.
