We invite you on a fascinating journey into the culinary tradition of Monferrato! During this experience, we will guide you in the preparation of the renowned ravioli all'astesana, with a tasty filling selected according to the freshness of seasonal products. To end on a sweet note, we will dedicate ourselves to the preparation of "antico mun," a delicious typical Asti sweet.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with an aperitif that includes homemade bread and breadsticks made with our sourdough starter, of which we are particularly proud. These will be accompanied by selected local cured meats and cheeses, for an initial sampling of the authentic flavors of our land.

- We participated in this cooking class as a group with our children and it was a truly wonderful experience. A special thank you to Fabiana and Andrea, who were fantastic in welcoming us and guiding us around the kitchen with extreme professionalism and kindness. A particular mention goes to their daughter Agnese: she was incredibly sweet and lovely with our children, making them feel immediately at home and helping them to have fun throughout the activity. It's rare to find such a welcoming and genuine atmosphere. The children were thrilled and we parents couldn't have asked for anything better. Highly recommended for all families!
